Three Cracking Comedies May 2009

Our three one act comedies for spring 2009 promise to have the audiences rolling in the aisles!

‘Last Tango in Pulham Market’ follows a struggling drama group who hit upon the idea of a ‘Full Monty’ type play to fill the houses! Comic consequences abound!

‘Shop for Charity’ uncovers the comi-tragic characters who run and shop in a charity shop from the pompous manager to the often inebriated and somewhat lecherous male customer!

‘The Real Inspector Hound’ is the well known Stoppard comedy play based around a ‘murder’ in a country house and involves black and surreal comedy as two theatre critics comment and become involved in the action!

Don’t miss them!
Dick Whittington
This ambitious production was a big hit for the Players. Directed by the talented and energetic Peter Lavin it had a large cast and fantastic set. Much fun was had by all and we look forward to welcoming Peter back into the directors chair very soon!
